abt my work??

oops.. so long no update le... hmm...
work for 2 weeks le.. both 2 weeks work 3 days only.. this week start on wednesday.. 2nd week got 2 PH... tml is the 3rd week... have to work 5 days straight.. which i have not done for so long time le... work is sianz.. they "XXX" really not efficient.. =.=" ... 2 weeks liao i haven even get my lan password... and not to say the systems passwords... so i cannot do wat i am suppose to do.. have to ask other people login for me which is illegal... so they make me kio sai.. do all unwanted task.. work left over for months... ask me to clear them... wtf... >.<"
i've been ask to do matching of missing documents..data entry.. and all sianz stuff..and the work is all the way from september not done yet!! OMG!!! in my last time bank "XXXX" we do have have any undone work..even have also one or 2 days.. to image here"XXX".. have undone work from september??? i want to faint!! hope once i get my password i will get to do other things.. at least in "XXXX" i am able to make decisions.. approve things..everything is in order... now i'm just a fucking temp! everything is in mess.. in "XXX" even a bank executive is doing admin and support job(same as a clerk? wats the use of giving such a nice title?).. means only degree holder can be in management.. tt's part of my wanting to study reason. even if i have the money to study part time.. i find out tt the part time schools start at 7pm.. i off work 6:30.. how to go? not to say i do not have the money.

most of the staff work from 8:30am till 10pm daily.. and even come back on saturday and sunday!!! even the temp staffs do OTs everyday... but they did not ask me do OT yet.. cos i haven even got my password lor! actually i dun mind working OT can earn more $$.. and going home later have no traffic jam. my travelling time is 1hr+... and tt's part of my wanting to have a car reason.(haiz.. i better stop dreaming of car)

there is so many temp staffs and contract staffs in the department.. my team have temp/contract more then perm staffs lor... i wonder if i got cheated a not??? and contract staff is like temp staff to them.. have to fill in time sheet and let them sign everyday.. do these contract staffs become perm staff?? i dun think so lor.. so many of them...zzz.. Or they change contract staffs when their contract ends?? or renew contract only??? wat will my fate be???? the HR told me is perm job.. 6months contract like pobation first... all these are crap?? zzzz.. guess i will only know will 6 months reached.

or maybe i should not aim for more.. just be a boring normal admin staff..
